Arrival in Goa

Enjoy fun-filled holiday in the party capital of India. On arrival at the Goa railway station/airport, you will be received by the agent’s representative and taken directly to the hotel. Check-in formalities and rest for some time. Spend the day first leisurely. View the scenic beaches of Goa or try delicacies of Goa like Goan fish curry and pork vindaloo.

North Goa sightseeing tour (Optional)

After taking breakfast, move ahead on a full day North Goa sightseeing tour. Firstly visit the ancient Fort Aguada and then visit the Coco Beach, Calangute Annexe, Calangute Beach, Baga Beach and Anjuna Beach. At the end of your second day, Goa tour comes back again in the hotel and stay overnight.

Optional: Ask your travel agent to include watersports while customizing your Goa tour package.

South Goa sightseeing tour (Optional)

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, visit the tourist hotspots of South Goa on the 3rd day of your Goa tour. Visit Shri Manguesh Temple at Priol and Shri Shantadurga Temple at Kavlem. Further, go to explore the churches of Old Goa such as Se Cathedral and Basilica of Bom Jesus. After lunch, visit the Dona Paula Bay & Miramar Beach. Afterward, enjoy the street shopping at the Panjim Market. In the evening, enjoy the pleasant time in boat cruise at the Mandovi River. At night, come back to the hotel and sleep off the night.

Departure from Goa

On the fourth day of your Goa trip. Say goodbye to Goa with good memories. After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and get ready for the railway station/airport to reach your home destination.

FAQs

We strongly recommend bringing a backpack or duffel bag, as suitcases can be cumbersome and difficult to store in buses, under seats, etc.. Keep in mind that you will normally have to carry your own luggage on and off buses and trains and up and down hotel staircases. Suitcases with wheels may not work well on dirt or cobblestone roads.

One must have his/her passport, IDs and visa stamped (if required for that particular country). Any specific documents required will be informed you earlier.

Requirements for travel visas vary widely depending on your nationality and your destination. Although we are unable to arrange visas on your behalf but there are several visa immigration service providers who can help you in this process.

TMost of our trips do not have a single supplement. This means that the accommodation is on a twin share basis and, if you are travelling on your own, you will be sharing a room with another fliptrip traveller of the same sex. Some tours have an optional single supplement or rarely a mandatory single supplement. An optional service that may be available is called "My Own Room". This service allows solo travellers to request their own private room while on tour. The cost and the details vary by trip, so please refer to each trip summary page for details.

It's extremely difficult if not impossible to join a tour after it has begun. It is possible to leave a tour early however you will be responsible for your own arrangements from the moment you decide to leave the tour. You would also be responsible for all costs associated with joining a tour late or leaving one early. If you feel this may be necessary please consult a fliptrip Specialist before you book your adventure.

Trip specific information on transportation can be found on the trip summary page however in most cases we use public transportation. We've found that how you get there significantly influences the tone of your journey and public transportation allows face-to-face interaction with the local people. Some of our adventures, including our “Superior”, "Comfort Class" and most adventures in Africa, use private transportation.

Yes, in most cases we can arrange additional accommodation at our starting or ending hotels, excluding European tours. Please contact a fliptrip Specialist for price information or check under “Hotels, Transfers & City Breaks” on the tour page of our website for prices. If we are unable to provide you with the extra nights we will give you the name of a hotel you can contact directly. Please also note that extra accommodations must be booked outside of 30 days of departure.
